Mashed Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head fresh cauliflower
  • 1 cup chicken bone broth 240 ml
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Begin by pulsing the cauliflower head into small pieces, resembling rice, using a food processor
  • In a saucepan, combine the riced cauliflower and 1 cup of bone broth
  • Add crushed garlic to the mixture
  • Cook the mixture over medium heat for 20 minutes, or until it is soft
  • Once cooked, place the cauliflower mixture back into the food processor and whip
  • Mix in 2 ounces of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 tablespoon of butter
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste
  • Enjoy your tasty cauliflower rice dish!
